Captain Zack has a passion for fishing that stems from his youth. Living on Hilton Head Island his entire life and surrounded by water he spent every waking moment fishing either by land or by sea. His fondest memory was when he was a young teen taking his skiff off the Calibogue Sound, just east of Harbour Town into the Atlantic Ocean. One day he came home with his huge catch of fish; his dad was so amazed how a kid could do so well.

Captain Zack has been a USCG licensed Captain since 2002.
